Where is the best pizza in Northcote/Thornbury?

If you are looking for the best pizza in Northcote or Thornbury, then Pizza Farro on High St is the place to go. The patronage this place gets immediately lets you know that you have found a special place - its buzzing with people, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgable. And the decor is fantastic! Very cool.

Pizzas are available in both traditional and less-expected combinations, and all are served on a tummy-friendly spelt base. Mm-mm! My favourite is their pancetta pizza with gorgonzola. My sis loves the pumpkin and rocket one. YUM!

Folks I have led you sadly astray - its not in Northcote at all! The address, if anyone wants to check this place out for themselves, is 608 High St Thornbury.

I went back to this place just this week - may I also let you know that their dessert pizzas and calzone are DELICIOUS!
